Classics in the Walled Garden is a terrific opportunity for historic vehicle lovers to showcase their vintage & classic cars, motorbikes and commercial vehicles to the historic Walled Gardens, Luton Hoo Estate (near Harpenden). Gather with friends and meet with fellow enthusiasts on a summer’s evening, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Come along , savour a Pimms and a browse around and perhaps also take time to see the beautiful greenhouses adjacent to the gardens.

🌸 ABOUT THE WALLED GARDEN
The Luton Hoo Walled Garden is a great locale ....Set in a beautiful estate with entry from the New Mill End Road and all charity proceeds are divided between The Walled Garden Project, The Jumbulance Trust and further charity/good causes.
🎟 SPECTATORS - £10
Spectators are most welcome! Dedicated parking for ‘modern’ cars will be available. Purchase your ticket(s) on the day for £10 per person.
🎟 SHOW YOUR CAR - £15
Each ticket purchased grants access for one vehicle to Classics in The Walled Garden on Wednesday 2 July 2025.
Once your ticket is purchased please save your confirmation email and have it to hand upon arrival to allow a speedy entrance.
Tickets will be on sale until 9am on Monday 23rd June 2024, after this date tickets will be available to purchase on the day at the gates.

Spectator parking is available outside the Walled Garden on the afternoon/evening and room for other classics if you have a classic but don't always exhibit.

Entrance includes a fascinating tour of the walled garden and visitors are encouraged to break their visit with a picnic or a visit to the Woodyard Café. The garden is best enjoyed at a snail’s pace, entrance is for all day! Notice boards and displays are updated throughout the season allowing fascinating insight into the garden’s rich history.
♿️ ACCESSIBILITY
Every effort has been made to make the garden accessible to as many visitors as possible. With that in mind we have recently finished resurfacing the area around the sundial making it far easier for wheeled access. However, due to the age and rich history of the garden there are some areas that are not accessible by wheelchair. Please inform members of the Walled Garden Project at the entrance and every effort will be made to provide an alternative route, provide commentary on the area, or help with pushing if there are volunteers available. Disabled toilets are available within the conservatory.

Dogs on leads with well-behaved owners are most welcome at the Walled Garden.
🅿️ PARKING
Parking is in an immediately adjacent car park with clearing marked disabled parking bays.
Pre-booking is not required. Please note the Walled Garden is not at the hotel entrance.

😍 FREE: This walk is free but donations to the Friends of Great Linford Manor Park are welcome. No booking is required, just turn up and enjoy!
on the second Friday of the month at 10:30
and on the last Sunday of the month at 14:00.
🚶♀️DURATION: Walks last around 90 minutes.
Sensible, hard-wearing footwear and outdoor clothing is advised.
♿️ ACCESSIBILITY
On one stretch of the route there are a set of deep steps (leading up to the Railway Walk from the Cascade Pond). Please let the walk leader know if you would prefer to leave the pond via an accessible route. One or two park features are located on grass, which can be muddy when wet. A hearing loop is available on request from events@theparkstrust.com.
Accessible parking is located around the Parklands Pond at What3Words location pencil.parsnips.glosses.
